After reading a review in the Wall Street Journal a few months ago on Cheryl's cupcake website , I delved happily into cupcakes. I saw the lovely cupcakes she was creating and realized how perfect they were for desserts, for parties, for grandkids, for gifts. I now have a number of wonderful cupcake sites bookmarked. And I have acquired some neat cupcake stands...vintage, wire, glass, pink, and more! The grandchildren love them. Here are some carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting I made for a summer family party, with dried baby roses on each one, and a dried rose on top of the stand.
