Season of Christmas Joy
December 20, 2006

I have not posted in ages- been sooooo busy. A daughter had foot surgery, so I have been watching grandkids, also busy with a new Bible study, school, and just life in general. Some Christmas crafts have been done, not as many as I wanted. I have been SO inspired by the many crafty bloggers I have seen this year- I never knew of them last year! I made an button angel for a dear friend, made out of wool felt, stuffed with roving-

..and some funky fabric wreaths- very quick and easy to make- first, my grandson modeling it-

I made a few of these for my daughters, inspired by Jane and the Ducks.
I sent a fabric postcard

for a friend in Washington. And I am making a pile of wool felt hearts like this-

And some out of nice wool fabric - like this one-

Hopefully I will have some more postings soon! God bless your Christmas season with the joy and peace of His Son.

Your grandson makes the perfect model, everything is lovely, I have to admit I especially like the button angel. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Hi! I saw your post on allsorts about where to get the Marie Claire Idees magazine. You can subscribe to it on Amazon.com. I think it's about $35 for a year (4 issues).
