Whew. Meant to post many times, but hasn't happened. Lots of other things are keeping me busy- hope to post SOON about some of them. One is this-

- my legs after a very muddy, rainy wet FUN run!!!! I adore running in the rain, and I run trail runs, which means MUD. And I don't mind getting muddy. We have had a long dry spell here in northern California, so this week the rain was very welcome and I headed out for a number of nice, long runs. (I am NOT made of sugar, so I don't melt!)

One of the races I ran in November was the Quad Dipsea. A wonderful, hard fun run, filled with lots of other neat runners. One of them is Scott Dunlap- he has a neat post on his blog today of how it looks on Google Earth- see this.
