Learning about Cheese, the beginning

I love this magazine- Culture. Going to read the new one, cover to cover,
and I hope to start logging here some of the things I learn there. Have a
number of other good cheese books I am reading, too, so will share my
learning adventures here!
Hope to start tasting a lot of new cheeses soon, too..
